Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Method: We utilize trusted carriers (FedEx/UPS) for smaller items like chairs, and specialized freight carriers for larger items like desks and cabinets.
  • Delivery Estimates: Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States.
  • Curbside Delivery: For heavy freight items, delivery is "Curbside" only. The driver will lower the package to the ground at your driveway or loading dock.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vesta office furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • 30-Day Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
